We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at service@namikico.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Item Condition:

If the item does not arrive to us in the immaculate condition it is sent in, the customer is required to pay for postage for the item to be returned to them.

Shipping fees:

We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. 

Are returns paid for?

We're unable to cover return postage costs as we are a small business. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in the post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

All returns must reach us within 10 days from the item being delivered to you. If the parcel reaches us later than 10 days, the customer will be required to make a payment for return postage back.  

When we receive the return, we will message to confirm refund / credit note information within 7 working days. Refunds take 5-7 days to process via card and even quicker with PayPal.  

Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. 

No returns on SALE items.
